This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all bookings made through Travel.RupiFlow.com, operated by Sivd Technologies Private Limited, Hyderabad, Telangana. Users are requested to read this policy carefully before booking any bus, train, or vehicle service through our platform.

RupiFlow acts only as a digital intermediary between Users and service providers such as bus operators, vehicle hire companies, and IRCTC. Each service provider has its own cancellation and refund rules, which will apply to the User's booking.

• Cancellations can be initiated through the Travel.RupiFlow.com user account or by contacting support.
• Cancellation fees and timelines depend on the operator's specific policy, visible during booking and on the ticket.
• Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
• Non-refundable promotional fares or last-minute bookings may not qualify for refunds.
• Partial cancellations are permitted only if supported by the operator.

• All train bookings on Travel.RupiFlow.com are processed through IRCTC, and governed by IRCTC's terms and policies.
• Refunds, cancellations, and reschedules follow IRCTC's rules and cannot be overridden by RupiFlow.
• Fully waitlisted tickets are auto-cancelled post chart preparation by IRCTC and refunded after applicable deductions.
• RupiFlow convenience charges are non-refundable, unless required by law.

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days, depending on the bank or payment gateway.
• Wallet and UPI refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
• Complex cases requiring operator validation may take up to 15 business days.

RupiFlow and its partners shall not be liable for refunds in case of cancellations or interruptions due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or unforeseen operational constraints. Refund decisions will depend solely on the service provider's discretion.
